NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 23rd day of August 2021, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 003615, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15, is the Plaintiff and PETER GEDEON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, UNKNOWN PARTY #3, AND UNKNOWN PARTY #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants. HARRIS SUBDIVISIONPLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
