TO: Pedro Gurrea-Carrillo, whose last known address is 1625 82nd Street Ct. East, Palmetto, Florida 34221, and all persons who claim an interest in:
A 2011 Toyota Pickup Truck (VIN: 5TFRY5F10BX106679) and Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-One Dollars ($16,291.00) in U.S. Currency seized on the 1st day of August, 2020, at or near 1335 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Contraband Forfeiture has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Petitioner, Chief Melanie Bevan, as Chief of Police of the City of Bradenton Police Department, City of Bradenton, Florida, through her counsel, Paul Driscoll, Esq., City of Bradenton Police Department, 100 10th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, Email for Service: [email protected], no later than 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file with the Manatee County Clerk of this Court, 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205 before service on Petitioner, or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Contraband Forfeiture action.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the Clerk's Office.
