YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Verified Complaint to Quiet Title, and, in the alternative, Adverse Possession, relating to certain real property located in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, LYING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 24.58
FEET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD NO. 577 Al D POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 345.42 FEET, THENCE EAST 400 FEET, THENCE NORTH 677.45 FEET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD NO. 577, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiffs' attorney, LEONARD H. JOHNSON, ESQUIRE, of the law firm of BUCHANAN INGERSOLL & ROONEY PC attorneys for the Plaintiff, Plaintiffs, Carlton E. Ellison and Elsie Vermell Ellison, individually and as Trustees of that certain unrecorded trust agreement known as the Carlton E. Ellison and Elsie Vermell Ellison Living Trust, whose address is TRUIST Place, 401 East Jackson Street, Suite 2400, Tampa, Florida 33602, [email protected], Telephone (813) 222-3379, on or before October 4, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint.
