NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 18th day of August 2021 and entered in Case No. 51-2019-CA-000563-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL NACCARATO MORGAN EXTERIORS, INC. BRIAR OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of September 2021, at 11:00 AM on PASCO County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
