Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on October 21, 2020, and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Judicial Foreclosure Sale, entered in the above-styled cause on May 27, 2021, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 13, 2021 , at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
