NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-004655WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AM1 is the Plaintiff and Mary St. Germain; United States Of America-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, LEISURE BEACH UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 50-51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
