U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JENNIFER B. REES A/K/A JENNIFER REES; MADISON REES; M.R., A MINOR, IN THE CARE OF HER PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS, JOHN REES AND LINDA REES; M.R., A MINOR, IN THE CARE OF HER PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS, JOHN REES AND LINDA REES; J.R., A MINOR, IN THE CARE OF HIS PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS, JOHN REES AND LINDA REES; M.R. A/K/A M.M., A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH HER FATHER AND NATURAL GUARDIAN, MICHAEL MOORE, are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, POINT HERON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
