U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AM1, is Plaintiff and JAMES L. DURAN, JR. A/K/A JAMES LOUIS DURAN; ARLENE E. DURAN A/K/A ARLENE ELVIRA DURAN, are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
