NOTICE OF MEETING SCHEDULE FISCAL YEAR 2021 HAWKS POINT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
As required by Chapters 189 and 190, Florida Statues, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Hawks Point Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2021/2022 at the Hawks Point Clubhouse, 1223 Oak Pond Street, Ruskin, Florida, at 5:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month as follows:

November 16, 2021
December 14, 2021
January 18, 2022
February 15, 2022
March 15, 2022
April 19, 2022
May 17, 2022
June 21, 2022
July 19, 2022
August 16, 2022
September 20, 2022
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings listed above, may be obtained from Development Planning and Financing Group, 250 International Parkway Suite 280, Lake Mary, FL 32764 at 321-263-0132 x770, one week prior to the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
