NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 16, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-005653, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5, is Plaintiff and JUWUAN RASHAID LIVINGSTON; JAVON COLBY LIVINGSTON; DAVID S. LOHOUSE; MARTINA LOHOUSE A/K/A MARTHA LOHOUSE; CANTERBURY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK B, CANTERBURY LAKES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 200-203, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
