THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5, is Plaintiff and JUWUAN RASHAID LIVINGSTON; JAVON COLBY LIVINGSTON; DAVID S. LOHOUSE; MARTINA LOHOUSE A/K/A MARTHA LOHOUSE; CANTERBURY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
