NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-010824 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF ARLENE B. HUNSINGER, NANCY CASTELLOW, and MICHELLE BISHOP, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CINDY STUART, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On-Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on September 30, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C-1, SUNDANCE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
