NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-002882 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, successor Trustee to State Street Bank and Trust Company as Trustee for Bear Stearns Structured Securities, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 1997-2, Plaintiff and Gerald D. Bass are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 29, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 50, UNIT 3, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 26 TO 28, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
