Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 136, BLOCK K, RAVENWOOD MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 92, 93, AND 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on September 23, 2021.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
