NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-008478-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and George Mullinax a/k/a George T. Mullinex, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Laura J. Mullinax, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 22, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK V, OF SECOND SECTION MOUNT WASHINGTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
