NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2021, and entered in Case No. 21-001144-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT THREE ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and EVA M. CULHANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVA M. CULHANE; WEBB ROOFING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 IN POSSESSION SUBJECT PROPERTY and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 IN POSSESSION SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:

Book 3258, Pages 641 through 714 together with all the appurtenances thereto and subject to the provisions of said Declaration, all among the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and amendments thereto.
