NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 15, 2021 and entered in Case No. 19-008012-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1, is Plaintiff and MARIE FIRKAL A/K/A MARIE E. FIRKAL; INTEGRITY BAIL BONDS, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, LYNNDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
