YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for partition of real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida legally described as:
Unit 602, ONE ST. PETERSBURG, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, thereof recorded in Official Records Book 20266, Page 498, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, of the Public Records of Pinellas County.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: Plaintiff, Neil Sturomski, c/o Kathryn J. Sole, Esq., Sole Law, PLLC, 555 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before Thursday, October 14th, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at the St. Petersburg Judicial Building, 545 First Avenue North, St, Petersburg, FL 33701 before service on Plaintiffs' counsel or immediately thereafter. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, A DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer newspaper.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or emailed to the address(es) on record at the clerk's office.
