NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 29, 2021, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-003961 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, Paula M. Baxter a/k/a Paula Marie Baxter, deceased, Bank of America, N.A., successor in interest to Bank of America, N.A. d/b/a NationsBank, N.A., United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Stephanie Schoonmaker, as an Heir of the Estate of Paula M. Baxter a/k/a Paula Marie Baxter, deceased, Douglas Hawthorne, as an Heir of the Estate of Paula M. Baxter a/k/a Paula Marie Baxter, deceased, Elizabeth Hawthorne, as an Heir of the Estate of Paula M. Baxter a/k/a Paula Marie Baxter, deceased, Steven Hawthorne, as an Heir of the Estate of Paula M. Baxter a/k/a Paula Marie Baxter, deceased, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 29, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
