NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 75, of Building 20, of TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated February 7, 1979, and recorded February 16, 1979, under Clerk's File No. 79025872, in O.R. Book 4815, Pages 527-599, as amended in O.R. Book 4818, Page 208, and O.R. Book 7019, Page 2254, and according to the Condominium Plat book 32, Pages 56-67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in the said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 24, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
