NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09CA9571 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-51 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-51, Plaintiff, and, HOLZHAUSEN, GARY III, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of September, 2021, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 204 OF THE DUNES OF NAPLES III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2884, PAGES 1958 THROUGH 2040, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED OR MODIFIED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
