NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2021, and Order Granting Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale Set for August 19, 2021, dated August 5, 2021, both entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-004061-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF CRAIG KNIGHT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST CRAIG KNIGHT, DECEASED, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., KELLEY KNIGHT, BRIAN KNIGHT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG KNIGHT, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 23, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment,

CONDOMINIUM UNIT 8, BUILDING 19, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OF FICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4022, PAGE 2050, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4025, PAGE 1900, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
