Notice is hereby given to you that an action to judicially declare a deed void, that affects title to the above described property, has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Bill McFarland, P.A., 2930 Del Prado Blvd. S #A, Cape Coral, Florida 33904, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Collier County, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Ste 102, Naples Florida 34112 on or before October 29, 2021 or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published four times, once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Collier County, Florida.
