NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2021, and entered in 21-CA-000624 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-OSI is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY M. PULVER A/K/A TIMOTHY PULVER; DAWN A. PULVER A/K/A DAWN PULVER; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
