COMMENCE at a 1 1/2-inch pinched Iron Pipe marking the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15; thence S 89°56'54” E along the north line of said Northeast quarter, a distance of 2639.22 feet to a Railroad Spike marking the Northeast corner of said Section 15; thence along the East line of said Section 15 S 00°15'50” W, a distance of 630.04 feet; thence S 89°47'16” W, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the existing westerly Right of Way Line of North 62nd Street as depicted on the Control Survey for County Road 574, W.P.I.S. 4330711, prepared by Robert W. You are each notified that the Petitioner filed its sworn Petition and its Declaration of Taking in this Court against you as defendants, seeking to condemn by eminent domain proceedings the above-described property located in the State of Florida, County of Citrus. You are further notified that the Petitioner will apply to the Honorable Paul Huey, one of the Judges of this Court, on the 6th day of October, 2021 at 3:30pm, at the at Edgecombe County Courthouse, 800 Twiggs Street, Room 506, Tampa, Florida 33602, for an Order of Taking in this cause. This is an evidentiary hearing to be conducted IN PERSON. All respondents to this suit may request a hearing at the time and place designated and be heard. Any respondent failing to file a request for hearing shall waive any right to object to the Order of Taking.

If you fail to answer, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition. If you fail to request a hearing on the Petition for Order of Taking you shall waive any right to object to said Order of Taking.
