NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-003822 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, WMALT SERIES 2007-OA3 is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF JOHN W. LEVY, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CINDY STUART, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on December 07, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 6 OF WHITE TROUT ESTATES SUBDIVISION AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42 PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
