NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 10, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000987-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, GATEWAY MORTGAGE GROUP, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MARIA P SOUSA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA P SOUSA; CYPRESS WOODS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on October 11, 2021 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1712 BUILDING 17, OF CYPRESS WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2522 PAGE(S) 960 THROUGH 1005, INCLUSIVE AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
