NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of August 2021, and entered in Case No : 2019-CA-007362-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and ARETHA JANINE OLIVAREZ; SUMMERGATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRWINDS CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 18th day of October 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6207 OF PHASE 6, SUMMERGATE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (THE DECLARATION), AS RECORDED ON O.R. BOOK 5923 PAGE 662, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENT THERETO FOR THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PHASE, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6462, PAGE 2819, ALL SUBSEQUENT RECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ALL RECORDED EXHIBITS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
