Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. EST on October 6, 2021.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
