Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 25, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

MANLEY ADDITION, LAKELAND, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY FLORIDA; BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE S 1/2 OF THE N 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, OR LOT 10 OF SAID SECTION 15, OF WEBSTER AND OMOHUNDRO ESTATE LANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
