NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 16, 2020 and entered in Case No 19-CA-1962 of the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in 1st floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples 34112, At 11:00 AM and on the 30 day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in that Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit No. 20, Phase I of Shenandoah Estates, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 761, Page 191, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County Florida.
** ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.**
