YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property in Collier County, Florida:
Apartment Number 101, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Vanderbilt Towers, Inc., a Condominium, as said Declaration is recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, in Official Records Book 425, Pages 851 through 897 inclusive, together with all appurtenances to the apartment including the undivided share of common elements and limited common elements reserved for each apartment therein.
