Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 10, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 108, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD, IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on September 30, 2021 beginning at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
