Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 8, 2021 in the above-styled Case Number 2021 CA 000818 NC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 738, SORRENTO INLET, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1388, Page 558, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, Page 6, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
Property address: 738 Sorrento Inlet, Unit 738, Nokomis, FL 34275 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on October 13, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
