NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2021, and entered in Case No. 58-2018-CA-004655-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series 1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Raymond N. Millman, as successor trustee of the Robert E. Levy Trust U/A dated February 21, 1997, as amended and restated on April 5, 2012, as amended by Second Amendment dated May 31, 2012, as Amended by Third Amendment on August 15, 2013, Robert W. Inglis a/k/a Robert William Inglis, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Robert E. Levy Trust U/A dated February 21, 1997, as amended and restated on April 5, 2012, as amended by Second Amendment dated May 31, 2012, as Amended by Third Amendment on August 15, 2013, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against the Estate of Robert E. Levy, deceased, Robert W. Inglis a/k/a Robert William Inglis, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert E. Levy, deceased, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the October 11, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
