NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 07, 2019, and entered in 2016-CA-004376-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and KEVIN J. TALMADGE A/K/A KEVIN TALMADGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN J. TALMADGE A/K/A KEVIN TALMADGE; BARBARA WHEATLEY A/K/A BARBARA E. WHEATLEY ; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 07, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
