NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 15, 2018, and entered in 58-2016-CA-005062-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AA11 is the Plaintiff and LYUDMILA SLIVKA; VASILIY SLIVKA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 07, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3781, 3782 AND 3783, LESS THE SOUTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 3783, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 13, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
