NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 27th day of August 2021, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-005229, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and GREGORY TOPPING THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE GREGORY TOPPING N/K/A RACQUEL TOPPING IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of November 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING 9, UNIT 104 OF THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 15696, PAGE 1336, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
