NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of September 2021, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-002528, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and GERALD P. DILLARD MEADOWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. CYNTHIA A. DILLARD; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 8th day of November 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit # 90 of Meadowood Condominium Village Three, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated the 21st day of June, 1974, recorded in O.R. Book, 2907, Page 213, re-recorded July 12, 1974, in 0.R. Book 2918, Page 985, thereafter re-recorded July 26, 1974, in O.R. Book 2927, Page 573, as amended in O.R. Book 8673, Page 1292, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book I, Page 52 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
