NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of August 2021, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-005497, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT VIRGINIA M. STOKES; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAVID SIMMONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
