NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 16, 2020 in Civil Case No. 29-2015-CA-006581, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY AS SUCCESSOR TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-CB4 is the Plaintiff, and JUPITER HOUSE LLC; ; ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; THOMAS M. CHARLTON A/K/A THOMAS CHARLTON; SUSAN M. CHARLTON A/K/A SUSAN CHARLTON; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; WYNDHAM LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO
ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 42, BLOCK 4, WYNDHAM LAKES SUBDIVISION PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
