NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 26, 2021 in Civil Case No. 29-2020-CA-000712 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is Plaintiff and HERMINIO R. POLANCO VAZQUEZ A/K/A HERMINIO RENE P. A/K/A H. RENE P., et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of October 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 1/2 of Lot 48 of W.E. HAMNER`S WONDERLAND ACRES FIRST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with that certain doublewide mobile home bearing certificate of title numbers FLHMBA165151961A and FLHMBA165151961B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
