NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-006126 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of John M. Kozenieski a/k/a John Michael Kozenieski a/k/a John Kozenieski, Deceased; N.A.K., a minor child in the care of his mother and natural guardian, Laura Christine Kozenieski; KRISTEN LYLA KOZENIESKI A/K/A KRISTEN L. KOZENIESKI; MICHAEL LLOYD KOZENIESKI A/K/A MICHAEL L. KOZENIESKI; KEITH T. KOZENIESKI; Frances Peet; J.S.U.B., Inc, as General Partner of First Home Builders of Florida, a Florida General Partnership; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KURT M. OTT are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder on October 29, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 13, REPLAT OF TRACT D, UNIT 1, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 192 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
