NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2021, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-008128 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-AHL1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Noel Powell a/k/a Noel Gladstone Powell, deceased; Camille Gardens No. 1, Inc.; Lee County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; Noel Powell, Jr;Augustus Powell, Sr; Acquila Powell; Angaleta Whyte; Dr. Maureen Nelson; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 29 day of October, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
