APARTMENT 8, BUILDING “I', CORTEZ PLAZA APARTMENT 1 CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 443, PAGES 255 THROUGH 280, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1131, PAGE 306, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 9 AND 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4507 9th Street West, Apartment I-8, Bradenton, FL 34207
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice on Kari L. Martin, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, either before service of your defenses on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
