YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Breach of Contract, Unjust Enrichment, Tortious Interference and Civil Conspiracy has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NICK ROKNICH, III, ESQ. and NICK ROKNICH, IV, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 1800 Second Street, Suite 854, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before November 1, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
