NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2021, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff and OZIEL SERRATA; SONIA P. MATA; MANATEE RAINTREE ASSOCIATION, INC. and LEONARD A. MCCUE, P.A. are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 5, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 619, RAINTREE CONDOMINIUM, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 40-47 INCLUSIVE, AND THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 756, PAGE 498 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.

(the “Subject Property”).
