IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Amended Consent Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CC 01297 on September 8, 2021 in the County Court of MANATEE, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1 OF MANDALAY, PHASE 1 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 162-169 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT OIL AND MINERAL RIGHTS AS CONVEYED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 344, PAGE 158.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on October 12, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 9:00 AM the day after the sale by cash or cashier's check.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS. IF THE SURPLUS FUNDS ARE NOT CLAIMED BY THE OWNER AFTER ONE YEAR, THE FUNDS WILL BE DEPOSITED WITH THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 717.
