YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Verified Complaint for Partition of Mineral Interests relating to certain real property located in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to to Plaintiff's attorney, LEONARD H.
