NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2021, and entered in 2019CA002935CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD L. MORGAN, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE RICHARD L. MORGAN TRUST DATED JULY 16, 2009; DEBORAH SUE SANTERRE AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD L. MORGAN TRUST DATED JULY 16, 2009 ; DAVID JOHN LETTINGTON AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD L. MORGAN TRUST DATED JULY 16, 2009; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
