NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 17, 2021, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-03086 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee of CSMS 2018-RPL9 Trust , is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Dickman, Comerica Bank, Coral Falls Resort Condominium Association, Inc., Lely Resort Master Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7 day of October, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 106, BUILDING 2, CORAL FALLS RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3243, PAGES 1 THROUGH 65, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
